          Honey Chilli Potato (Restaurant Style at Home)



Ingredients:

  • Potato – 3 (medium size)
  • Corn flour – 3 tbsp
  • Maida – 2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – taste-ku
  • Oil – deep fry-ku

Sauce-ku:

  • Garlic – 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
  • Honey – 2 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce – 1 tsp
  • Vinegar – 1 tsp

 Preparation Steps:

  • Potato-ai thin long strips-a cut pannunga (French fries maari).
  • Corn flour, maida, chilli powder, salt add panni mix pannunga.
  • Konjam water add panni thick batter ready pannunga.
  • Oil heat panni potato strips-a crispy-a fry pannunga.

 Sauce Preparation:

  •  Pan-la konjam oil add pannunga.
  •  Garlic add panni sauté pannunga.
  •  Soy sauce, ketchup, chilli sauce, vinegar add pannunga.
  •  Last-la honey add pannitu mix pannunga.

 Fry panna potato-ai sauce-la toss pannunga.

 Taste:

Sweet + spicy + crispy combo
