Honey Chilli Potato (Restaurant Style at Home)
Ingredients:
- Potato – 3 (medium size)
- Corn flour – 3 tbsp
- Maida – 2 tbsp
- Chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – taste-ku
- Oil – deep fry-ku
Sauce-ku:
- Garlic – 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
- Honey – 2 tbsp
- Chilli sauce – 1 tsp
- Vinegar – 1 tsp
Preparation Steps:
- Potato-ai thin long strips-a cut pannunga (French fries maari).
- Corn flour, maida, chilli powder, salt add panni mix pannunga.
- Konjam water add panni thick batter ready pannunga.
- Oil heat panni potato strips-a crispy-a fry pannunga.
Sauce Preparation:
- Pan-la konjam oil add pannunga.
- Garlic add panni sauté pannunga.
- Soy sauce, ketchup, chilli sauce, vinegar add pannunga.
- Last-la honey add pannitu mix pannunga.
Fry panna potato-ai sauce-la toss pannunga.

Sweet + spicy + crispy combo
