          Honey Chilli Potato (Restaurant Style at Home) Ingredients: Potato – 3 (medium size) Corn flour – 3 tbsp Maida – 2 tbsp Chilli powder – 1 tsp Salt – taste-ku Oil – deep fry-ku Sauce-ku: Garlic – 1 tbsp (chopped) Soy sauce – 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp Honey – 2 tbsp Chilli sauce – 1 tsp Vinegar – 1 tsp  Preparation Steps: Potato-ai thin long strips-a cut pannunga (French fries maari). Corn flour, maida, chilli powder, salt add panni mix pannunga. Konjam water add panni thick batter ready pannunga. Oil heat panni potato strips-a crispy-a fry pannunga.  Sauce Preparation:  Pan-la konjam oil add pannunga.  Garlic add panni sauté pannunga.  Soy sauce, ketchup, chilli sauce, vinegar add pannunga.  Last-la honey add pannitu mix pannunga.  Fry panna potato-ai sauce-la toss pannunga.  Taste: Sweet + spicy + crispy combo  Kids-ku romba pidikkum!

 Ingredients:

  • Bread slices – 4
  • Pizza sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Capsicum – 1 (chopped)
  • Tomato – 1 (chopped)
  • Cheese (Mozzarella / processed) – ½ cup
  • Chilli flakes – ½ tsp
  • Oregano – ½ tsp
  • Butter – 1 tbsp

 Preparation (Step-by-step):

  • Bread slices மேல் butter spread பண்ணுங்க.
  • அதுக்கு மேல pizza sauce apply பண்ணுங்க.
  • Onion, capsicum, tomato எல்லாம் evenly spread பண்ணுங்க.
  • மேல cheese sprinkle பண்ணுங்க.
  • Chilli flakes + oregano தூவுங்க.

Pan ல slow flame ல 5 mins cover பண்ணி cook பண்ணுங்க (அல்லது oven ல bake பண்ணலாம்).
